Translations update coordination
See original GitHub issueDecrediton is moving towards the next release and we’ll need all text changes since v1.6.3 to be reflected in all supported translations.
There is no certain release date but the devs told me now is a good time to start updating.
Supported translations are listed in app/i18n/docs/index.js (short codes come from ISO 639-1):
- Arabic (
ar) - German / Deutsch (
de) - Spanish (
es) - French (
fr) - Italian (
it) - Japanese (
ja) - Polish (
pt) - Portuguese (
pt) - Chinese (
zh) - Chinese Traditional (
zh_HK) - official in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, etc
In comments below I will survey who would participate in updating these.
Translators, please check the new translation guide draft to get familiar with the current process. Basically, you will need to submit a <lang>.json file with all strings updated. When the guide is merged, stable link will move here.
