[metricsbeat] Unhealthy | Liveness probe failed

See original GitHub issue

Chart version: 7.3.2 Kubernetes version: 1.15.3-do.0 Kubernetes provider: E.g. GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) DO Helm Version: v2.14.3

Describe the bug:

When I install metricbeat using helm chart I get the following error:

Unhealthy | Liveness probe failed: % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 0curl: (7) Failed connect to 127.0.0.1:5066; Connection refused
-- | --

In metricbeat logs I see that endpoint is started:

2019-10-01T12:49:14.798Z	WARN	[cfgwarn]	api/server.go:34	EXPERIMENTAL: Metrics endpoint is enabled.
