Northern Ireland interchanges are missing
See original GitHub issueAccording to http://www.soni.ltd.uk/ there are actively used interchanges with Republic of Ireland and Great Britain, but they are not included in Electricity Map data somehow.
The GB->GB-NIR interchange is included in https://github.com/tmrowco/electricitymap/blob/54f3f29bd10c65f113f20ae3176db2ab3fd444ef/web/app/exchangeconfig.js#L195 but seems to not show up in the country view (maybe because it’s always 0?). The IE->GB-NIR interchange is not in exchangeconfig.js.

It’s a good idea to use your browser’s developer tools to watch the network requests when you click on the ‘Download XML’ button.
A post request is made to the server which then responds with the XML data. What you then need to do is look at the post parameters to see exactly what needs to be sent. After checking that page I can see several of them are missing which is why it won’t return the data.
