Unable to change Integration Options

When trying to change the Integration Options I get the error of User input malformed
when clicking the Submit button.
I have a RLC-820A and wanted to change the Stream from main
to sub
as I ran into Issue #179
The error occurs even when submitting the current settings.
No errors in the Home Assistant log
To Reproduce
Integrations >> Reolink tile >> Click on Configure
Click on Submit
button OR change the Stream
from main
to sub
and Click on the Submit
button
Expected behavior
Change the Stream
to sub

confirm worked fine for me with the /
