Unable to change Integration Options

When trying to change the Integration Options I get the error of User input malformed when clicking the Submit button.
I have a RLC-820A and wanted to change the Stream from main to sub as I ran into Issue #179
The error occurs even when submitting the current settings.
No errors in the Home Assistant log
To Reproduce
Integrations >> Reolink tile >> Click on Configure
Click on Submit button OR change the Stream from main to sub and Click on the Submit button
Expected behavior
Change the Stream to sub
