Template variables not used in metaqueries

See original GitHub issue

From a quick test it seems that dashboard template variables aren’t used in metaqueries, i.e. this:

A['therms']/B['hdd']*99976/24*($base-(-23))

returns 0 although the dashboard has set the $base variable to a value of 65. Seems like any variable is interpreted as having value 0.

Perhaps templateSrv.replace is needed? Sorry, I don’t really speak Grafana very well. Thanks for the super helpful plugin!
