Outer circle in tablet layouts gets too big

The outer circle, when in tablet layouts is extremely wide, when applying the TapTargetView to a FAB button on the top right corner of the screen. Maybe there could be a parameter to set the maximum radius of the outer circle in the TapTargetView builder.

I have verified the issue exists on the latest version
I am able to reproduce it

Version used: 1.7.0

The value comes from the screenshots, they all have that width specified for the text layouts, it doesn’t seem like there are clear guidelines though. I feel like another issue needs to be opened for more tablet support since the library is also missing the whole ”clip to the surface bounds” part of tablet support. #128
