Error when KeeAnywhere with `kpscript.exe`

When I use KeeAnywhere with kpscript.exe
it fails with the error:
E: An exception occurred during a WebClient request.
Is KeeAnywhere incompatible with kpscript.exe
?
(this was windows 10x64 any number of commands)
