This is fixed again for now, but since this is a recurring problem, I think it’d be best to leave this open until someone in charge says that it’s been addressed (it sounds like it could be caching at the proxy server).

It seems that it is not completely fixed. I am still having that exact issue in my Ubuntu 20.04.3 desktop dev device (tested right now):
