Make it posible to hide filter header (chart-header) for a chart (suggestion)

I would like to hide the filter header (chart-header) for a chart I know I can use CSS to hide the header but then all chart-header`s on dashboard is hidden

Expected results

Chart header hidden

Actual results

Not posible at this point?

Create a chart with a title

Environment

superset version: 0.36.0 python version: 3.6.10 node.js version: 12.16.1 npm version: 6.13.4

Checklist

I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if there are any.
I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset.
I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven’t found one similar.

Agreed. Adding ID elements to the chart containers to enable better targeting of specific charts would be preferable.
