Move some questions under a general Programming header
See original GitHub issueI’ve noticed there is a question in the Javascript header about what a Closure is, but that is a CS idea and not unique to Javascript or a programming paradigm but is a feature of a language should it choose to implement that design strategy.
It should probably be moved under a general Programming
header instead along with some others. We should continue to expand and edit this issue with other questions we think should be moved under a General Programming
or Programming Concepts
header
