Something like ?challenge_rating=3? Might be a little hairy for fractional CRs.

Fractional CRs could just be .125, .25, .5… not ideal but an idea. Probably want to support multiple CRs as well so that it can be CR 1 OR CR 2. Maybe ?challenge_rating=3,4,5
