[BUG] Problem with using Hub on Windows

⚗️ Current Behavior
Issue is pertaining to a windows env. The package ‘pwd’ is unavailable for windows and instead a package called ‘winpwd’ is used. This causes the basic example of the READ.ME file to fail. It fails while instantiating the Dataset object.
