has anyone gotten this to work? I am getting the same kinds of errors. my custom form is showing but I get
ERROR TypeError: Nb auth provider 'null' is not registered
when I submit the register form. someone should push a project that has a working example of one of the auth forms being customized.Since we released the updated documentation (https://akveo.github.io/nebular/docs/auth/custom-auth-components) I guess we are good to close this one.
