Issue description

Current behavior:

I upgrade the starter kit to angular 8 and nebular 4. it does not compile. Too much custom CSS to make modification

Expected behavior:

Compile successfully after upgrade

@YukiDmZhao this branch still under development I think, so they maybe provide an updated version of starter kit After finishing this
