Hi Alberto,

today i could no more see one of my mss310 plug - i tried removing it from the app and readding it with a different name , but after removing meross integration and reinstalling, it still appeared with the old name and appeared as unavailable. So i decided to upgrade firmware on all my meross plugs, the all became unavailable.

I see the following error logged:

2020-04-08 12:07:10 WARNING (SyncWorker_3) [custom_components.meross_cloud.sensor] The plug meross7 is offline; it's impossible to determine if it supports any ability 2020-04-08 12:07:10 WARNING (SyncWorker_3) [custom_components.meross_cloud.sensor] The plug meross5 is offline; it's impossible to determine if it supports any ability 2020-04-08 12:07:11 WARNING (SyncWorker_3) [custom_components.meross_cloud.sensor] The plug meross4 is offline; it's impossible to determine if it supports any ability 2020-04-08 12:07:11 WARNING (SyncWorker_3) [custom_components.meross_cloud.sensor] The plug meross3 is offline; it's impossible to determine if it supports any ability 2020-04-08 12:07:11 WARNING (SyncWorker_3) [custom_components.meross_cloud.sensor] The plug meross2 is offline; it's impossible to determine if it supports any ability 2020-04-08 12:07:11 WARNING (SyncWorker_3) [custom_components.meross_cloud.sensor] The plug meross1 is offline; it's impossible to determine if it supports any ability (Anyway device meross7 was removed and renamed to meross0, it heeps appearing as meross7 in the integration, this one showed as unavailable with old firmware as well).

I’m on HASSIO with home assistant 0.107.7.

Hi guys, The low level library itself is working fine, as all automatic tests complete successfully. However I’m well aware about some bugs with HA plugin, which I need to refactor soon.

Please move to the meross-homeassistant repo, as your problem is related to the plug-in.

Yes, I opened it in this thread because i thought i could ne library related. ATM i have 3 out of 7 powered on mss310 working, 1 reporting unavailable and 3 reporting switched off with no metering
