File cudatext_cmd.py lacks commands for reloading/converting current document to new encodings KIO8-R, KOI8-U and KOI8-RU.

BTW: @Alexey-T Please tell me the current API version so that I’m able to update my FileTypeProfile plugin.

it will do nothing.
ed.cmd(cmd_LineEndNNNN) line-ends don’t need file reload, so no PROP_ for them.

So, I will change my plugin to use PROP_ENC_RELOAD. Thus, this issue needs not to be fixed anymore.
