Document __hitIndex
See original GitHub issuewhen using the item template, we add a special property to each hit __hitIndex (code). This property makes it easy to number the items in a hits widget.
But this property is not documented, I didn’t know about it before a user found it again. We should document it!

__limits the risk of collision with already existing attributes.Great point, the
