The file size increased and I tested the number of tiles. (Andvanced settings good 1x1 tiles.) Win 7 x64, ver.:1.2, Encoder: aomenc. CLI (The value at the end of the lines.) :

The tiles in AV1 are in log2, this means:

1 -> 2 2 -> 4 3 -> 8 4 -> 16

If you still think that there is an issue, please provide the program.log file (disable “Delete Temp Files after Encode” inorder to prevent it get deleted).

Ooops … I thought 2x1 meant a total of 2 tiles. Sorry for the mistake.
