Live subscribe/unsubscribe for Binance exchanges
See original GitHub issueIssue initially reported in PR #152. Binance supports live subscribe/unsubscribe - https://github.com/binance-exchange/binance-official-api-docs/blob/master/web-socket-streams.md#live-subscribingunsubscribing-to-streams. It is likely that the Binance Clients can be migrated to use the BasicClient
instead of custom implementations.
