Jasmine HTML report not displayed when code coverage enabled during test

Repro steps.
Was this an app that wasn’t created using the CLI? What change did you do on your code? etc.
- Create a new application
- Run
npm test
- Note test results are displayed in the karma browser window above
app works!
- Run
npm test -- --code-coverage
- Note test results are not displayed and
app works!
is displayed
The log given by the failure.
Normally this include a stack trace and some more information.
