Just to bump up the issue - is there any quick hack for this issue (Server-Side)? Can we somehow (on our side) limit the number of items displayed in the overlay to use it as “x top search suggestions only” or maybe enforce virtualization?
The typing lag hits us pretty badly with default behaviour for a few thousand of items.
