Caddy can’t build and restart loop again.

Happened to me on my Jenkins builds… turned out this was the problem all along:
#11 3.800 go: downloading github.com/caddyserver/caddy/v2 v2.3.0
The images on my Jenkins machine were not updated to the current last version. Updating to caddy v2.4.6 fixed this issue for me.
