Release 2.0 (Federation 2 support)

This is a tracking issue for the Federation JVM 2.0 release. Remaining items to complete before publishing:

1. Release alpha 5 (https://github.com/apollographql/federation-jvm/pull/162)
2. Update the Federation JVM tests in the subgraph compatibility project with alpha 5, ensuring they all pass (including @inaccessible)
3. Verify Netflix DGS compatibility by updating the DGS tests in the subgraph compatibility project to use alpha 5

After that we should be good to 🚀.

I wish the documentation for spring boot for this project would be improved. We’re struggling getting this project work in Java with our spring boot application… And even the spring boot examples don’t work and don’t compile. Is there any work planned to improve the documentation and provide more thorough examples of how to get this all to work. We struggle with getting entities to show up and I’m cross-posting here to get more eyes on these problems.
