Page indicator does not show the first page selected

Device/Android Version: OnePlus 1 and 2 - 6.0.1
Issue details / Repro steps / Use case background: The first time the AppIntro
screen is shown, it does not show the page selected. Only if we go to the next page and come back it shows the page selected at the page indicator.
I am extending the AppIntro
and adding AppIntroFragment
to the activity.
