Safari 15+ unable to select a microphone that's attached to a camera

Expected: When selecting a microphone that’s attached to a camera (that belongs to the same physical device), the mic in question should be selected and should be able to pick up my voice.
Actual: The selected microphone does not pick up my voice.
Extra notes: It seems to only be an issue in Safari 15+

Navigate to an AWS Chime Demo (refer to the above video)

Plug in an external Camera that contains a microphone attached to it (i.e.: HD Pro Webcam C920)

Select Devicespage, select your external mic and camera

Hi @xuesichao I can no longer reproduce the issue after I’ve upgraded to the latest version of the SDK 2.26.1. Closing for now.
I was not able to reproduce this issue with external camera with JS SDK 2.24.0 and Safari 15.3.
