How to Take an API Revision Offline/Online

As we can have multiple revisions to our API. There is a option where we can take the particular revision online or offline
How can we achieve this programmatically ?
I could see the Make current
option can be used inside apiInformation.json
file but i couldn’t see any option to Take offline
or Take online
