Azcli withversion2.37.0 cannot create identity cause of no proper api is binded

az feedbackauto-generates most of the information requested below, as of CLI version 2.0.62
Related command az identity create --name MyIdentity --resource-group MyResourceGroup
Describe the bug
when use latest az cli to create managed identity, always hit errors like: no registered resource provider found.
To Reproduce 1.az login 2.az identity create --name xxxx --resource-group xxxx --debug
Expected behavior An managed identity is created successfully.

@Icybiubiubiu you can use managed identity with 2.37.0 now, the api version is available in Mooncake since last week. @zhoxing-ms I suppose we can close the issue now.
@arndt-s Could you please help answer when the api-version 2021-09-30-preview for Microsoft.ManagedIdentity will be supported in
Mooncake?
