[Broken]az iot product test create

Hi, I run this command az iot product test create --badge-type Pnp --at SymmetricKey --device-type FinishedProduct --models model and the output is as below. The certificate of certify.azureiotsolutions.com is invalid. Could you take a look at it?

@TiejunMS As mentioned in the above comment, Please update the IOT extension and that should fix your actual issue. Regarding your issue with az iot product test task create --type QueueTestRun command causing a hang, is unrelated to this issue. To address the hang issue, I am looping you with the product owners offline. They would need a few details to troubleshoot it further. With that I am proceeding with the closure of this github thread. Please get back to me if you have any queries.

@TiejunMS - we’ve just released a new version of the Azure IoT CLI extension v0.14.1 - and that version should be available on the extension index shortly. Regarding the service issue - I don’t believe the issues are related, but we might need to route that to the AICS service team to find out more information.
