Can't exec my app - very unstable

Describe the bug

The exec cli is very unstable. some times i get error 401, i run az login successfully but still I get the same error. Some times im able to connect, I get disconnected after a minute and need to close the terminal because it is not functioning anymore.

also on the web console on azure portal I cant connect, I get the error: cant connect to replica…
