Command "az functionapp deploy" fails at Path.Combine due to path2 parameter being null

Describe the bug

When trying to use the az functionapp deploy command an error is produced. The error is present below. It says something about path2 parameter being null while trying to do Path.Combine.

I apologize for the formatting of the error output but that’s how the CLI prints it out.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior. Note that argument values have been redacted, as they may contain sensitive information.

• Manually published my function application to a folder on my desktop
• Zipped up the published function app and saved as deploy.zip
• az functionapp deploy --subscription {} --resource-group {} --name {} --src-path deploy.zip

Expected Behavior

Something similar to the az webapp deploy command.
