[OmsAgent] Bad page state in process omicli

I know there is a known kernel bug but since version 1.12.5 of the OmsAgentForLinux extension has been released, there are a lot of occurences of this bug.

Other processes are hitting the bug, but it seems it always start with omicli:

Hi all, we have released numerous hotfixes since the initial omicli page state error arose. It has been a few months since the relevant hotfix went out (https://github.com/microsoft/OMS-Agent-for-Linux/pull/1095), and we haven’t seen any customers affected by the original issue. I’ll close this issue now; if there are further developments please reopen.

If there are updates from redhat as to the timeline/status of their fix, feel free to comment those here.
