Where did CloudConfigurationManager go?
See original GitHub issueQuery/Question The Microsoft.Azure.ConfigurationManager NuGet package’s source repository links back to this repository, but the classes within it are not located in this repository.
I’m specifically looking for Microsoft.Azure.CloudConfigurationManager
which used to exist in this repository as of v2.1.0.4.

Microsoft.Azure.ConfigurationManager did not work for me but System.ConfigurationManager does: recommended.
@ArthurMa1978 if this needs to remain around then it is probably worth adding a release tag for it in case we end up cleaning up these older branches.
