What problem was encountered?

“Blob API is not yet supported for hierarchical namespace accounts.” SDK has no way of connecting to hierarchical namespace accounts (and Azure Data Lake Gen2 currently does not support other APIs such as Blob APIs).

Have you found a mitigation/solution?

None found so far.

Note: for table service, please post the issue here instead: https://github.com/Azure/azure-cosmosdb-python.

Hi @isamllr, there is a private preview here, which works with inter-op enabled accounts.

The documentation is not yet available for the preview, but you can see the methods here.

1 container == 1 filesystem, directories are useful for rename/delete/acl operations.
