[Nitpick] Correct names for things

Minor things that we just need to keep in mind before going open source:

Let’s change GraphqlTypes to GraphQLTypes or, even better for me GraphQL-Types.
Let’s use azure-sql and sql-server instead of MsSql.

I’ve corrected the casing of GraphqlTypes in PR #204 (but that can be backported easily)
