running dnf update fails with this error

sudo dnf update

I am also experiencing this same problem with your Debian ppa. Would it be possible to release this to the snap store instead? Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Package balena-etcher-electron is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source E: Package 'balena-etcher-electron' has no installation candidate
