Your scan should look like

Zeroconf.scan();
Zeroconf.scan('http', 'tcp', 'local.'); // or something like this

You’ve copy-pasted the definition from the readme, this is not valid javascript.

You can if they advertise themselves using mdns or another zeroconf implementation.
