Describe the bug briefcase package --no-sign produces warning on OSX

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run through hello world tutorial
2. At stage 3 (https://docs.beeware.org/en/latest/tutorial/tutorial-3.html), run briefcase package --no-sign

Expected behavior I’d expect the hello world tutorial to run without errors or warnings (or that they will be documented) Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Environment:

• Operating System: OSX 10.15.6
• Python version: Python 3.8.2
• Software versions:
  • Briefcase: 0.3.3
  • Toga: toga-core==0.3.0.dev22, toga-cocoa==0.3.0.dev22

I think this can be closed.

The linked https://github.com/al45tair/dmgbuild/issues/20 is fixed and a fresh install doesn’t reproduce:

macOS 11/Python 3.8:

(beeware-env) ~/Desktop/beeware-tutorial/helloworld $ briefcase package --no-sign

[helloworld] Building DMG...

[helloworld] Packaged macOS/Hello World-0.0.1.dmg
