'An internal error' After every reload/restart

Describe the bug
Every time I reload/restart the server I am unable to warp to any island, it pops up with ‘An internal error’ notification
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Reloading or restarting the server.
Expected behavior
Players should be able to warp to their islands as normal but are unable to.

I assume one is Warps and the other is WelcomeWarps. WelcomeWarps must be removed
