Breeding does not prevent animals from actually being bred

See original GitHub issue

Description Even though BREEDING is not allowed, a visitor can put animals in “love mode” or make them grow up by breeding them. However, the visitor is receiving the “island protected” message and the seeds they use are not removed from their inventory.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Summon a few animals (turtles, chickens…)
  2. /gamemode survival
  3. Feed the animals

Expected behavior Animals should not go in “love mode” or grow up.

I found the bug and fixed it. I’ll push the commit when I get a good internet connection.

They’re breeding - creating a baby - if you feed them. You do not lose the item and you get the island protected message, but they still breed.
