PyGlossary conversion errors (missing images)

I just downloaded, parsed and rendered the EN Wiktionary, and it apparently has some problems with erroneous and/or missing GIFs:
All of the .gif
files in data/en/res
appear to be very ugly rendered fomulae (?).
