Blurred windows

With some websites/windows, I’ve noted that some texts appear blurred. It may seem a duplicate of https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/2478 but in my case it happens immediately and with precise websites/windows. In particular, I’ve seen it if I open print window with CTRL+P or in the chat list on https://web.telegram.org.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open print window with CTRL+p
- See a little blur on the left

The same but not blurred

0.59.35 Chromium: 72.0.3626.81 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit)

- Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds?
Website problems only:
- Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? No
