Camera and microphone don't work

Tried to use websites for calling/video calling, neither the camera or microphone doesn’t work
Brave version (brave://version info)
0.68.138 Chromium: 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
But it works like that for a long time
Other Additional Information:
- Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? No
- Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards? What is it?
- Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? No, it works OK in Chrome

Having a similar issue with Webex. https://[organization].webex.com:443 is whitelisted for the microphone, but the Webex site still says, “No microphone or camera is detected”.
Edit: I tried a microphone testing site, and I had to allow a “device recognition attempt” before it would work. I haven’t tried Webex again yet.
