Custom emulated device disappearing.

When you add custom devices to the Emulated devices(or whatever you call it) in developer tools it disappears.
Steps to Reproduce
- F12
- Ctrl + Shift + M
- Press
Dimension: Responsive Edit...Add custom device- Add a custom device
- Close tab.
Now if you open a new tab and open developer tools and enable the Toggle device toolbar and look for the custom device you’ve made, it won’t be there.
