Steps to Reproduce

Open a new tab
Visit chrome://crash in a new tab, tab crashes
Visit chrome://crashes in a new tab, ensure crash report is uploaded
If the crash report is not uploaded click send now and restart the browser
Click on Provide additional details under the sent crash report, opens a new tab with the following link and opens Google login page to send the report details https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/entry?template=Crash Report&comment=IMPORTANT%3A Your crash has already been automatically reported to our crash system. Please file this bug only if you can provide more information about it. Marking as Windows and Mac as there is no send more info button on Linux for crash reports
