Description

VPN button state doesn’t change until clicked

Steps to Reproduce

Launch browser and connect to VPN via the button
Quit browser and relaunch
Check the button state without clicking it
Shows disconnected state until you click on the VPN button and it changes to connected state.

Actual result:

VPN button state doesn’t change until clicked

Expected result:

Should show correct VPN state without user interaction
