Chrome 85 being reported as outdated
See original GitHub issueOur website is running with the following configuration:
{ e: -3, f: -3, o: 0, s: 0, c: -3 },
Since last week, Chrome 85 is being reported as outdated on Windows desktops. On November 17th 2020 , Chrome 87 was added to Chrome’s stable channel (link).
With our configuration, we expect valid Chrome versions: 87 (current), and then 86, 85, 84. However, 85 is being reported outdated (behavior can be reproduced on browserstack).
Why is this version being reported outdated? browser-update does not take Chrome’s beta / canary channels into account, right? (on November 14th, Chrome 89 was released on these channels link)
