NPE on CamundaBpmConfiguration when using devtools (was: switching to 1.2.0 causes NullPointerException on startup)

After switching to Version 1.2.0 of the camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter there comes the following Exception on startup:

Good idea. If your analysis above was right, it would mean that the whole “inject a list of all implementations of an interface” pattern would not work with devtools. (or at least when using field injection). That does not sound right.

In anycase: lets not rush, we should learn more about this issue and discuss a solution, no need to waste time on a feature branch when it can be fixed without restructuring the whole configuration-interface approach.

Changing the configuration was much easier than I thought. A test ensures that all ProcessEngineServicesare exposed as beans. Not implementing ProcessEngineServices anymore.
