[Content item horizontal with media in tabs]: Determine the name of the new DDS component

Overview

This component is mostly the tabs shell. We could potentially swap out the content within each tab to other components (eg. pictogram card group on one of the Products landing pages Gui worked on in the past). So the name might wanna be “Tabs”-forward. Maybe Content section - Tabs? Kinda like Content section - Carousel?

Note: On mobile the component swaps out to an accordion. Should we handle it on our component level or adopters do the swapping? Some times tabs on mobile work.

Work the DDS team members to define the component name

@photodow does that mean I would rename the existing Content item horizontal to one of the 2 components listed above, then create a new epic for the other?
