[Pictograms]: "Chart bar" is inconsistent with other chart pictograms

Detailed description

Describe in detail the issue you’re having. The pictogram “Chart bar” doesn’t have any axes whereas the other chart pictograms have some.

What version of the Carbon Design System are you using?

10.9.3

Search for “chart”
