I’ve been using 🔧 for updating stuff like stale issue/PR workflows, etc. I think this is too general and should have its own emoji; issue tracking doesn’t just revolve around configuration files.
The ❗ emoji is supposed to represent an issue, but something like ❣️ might be better!
